First Course. Choice of:
Roasted Chanterelle Salad - Belgian endive, watercress chestnuts
or Squash Soup - Spiced marshmallow, espelette, scallions
Second Course. Choice of:
Octopus Terrine - Fingerling potatoes, Calabrian chili, sauce gribiche
or Ember Roasted Carrot -Caramelized yogurt, roasted garlic, pickled red onion
Third Course. Choice of:
Anson Mills Rice Grits - Celery root, foraged mushrooms, radish relish
or Payne Family Farms Pork Schnitzel - Leeks, preserved lemon, cerignola olives, braised pork rind
or Braised Beef Shoulder - Heirloom carrot, parsnips, saffron shallots
Dessert. Choice of:
Carrot Cake - Goat cheese, pecans, carrot sorbet
or Olive Oil Brownie - Mint ice cream, pistachio praline, sea salt
or Rice Pudding - Coconut, candied hazelnuts, quince preserves
With three available seatings (5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm) dinner with us will fit into your evening’s plans.
Menu substitutions are politely declined. To make your reservation please select your desired seating and purchase your seats. Your purchase price includes gratuity, dinner and a champagne toast. Additional beverages may be purchased ala carte. Seat purchases are transferable but not refundable.
