First Ever Butchery Class

Our first ever butchery class, taught by Chef Scott Dolich on Wednesday, February 26th, will teach you what every home cook should know-how to break down a chicken like a pro! Learn how to make the most of the entire bird from breast to bones as Scott shares his tried and true recipes and techniques.

The class includes chicken snacks, and you get to bring your chicken home when you’re done!
